Chairman & CEO 

Ms. Hall is founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Prolific Care Communities Inc. She served as board member of International healthcare Corporation, for acquisitions and development of healthcare professional systems and healthcare service products, since 2011. Ms. Hall holds Bachelor degree in Science & Nursing and Master of Business Administration degree in international business. Ms. Hall serves on global advisory boards for Eastern European and Middle Eastern healthcare forums. She is a Registered Professional Nurse and has held senior executive positions, in Skilled Nursing facilities and Assisted living Communities since 2009. She has also served on national real estate holding companies and has an extensive background in property development and management.

Vice President

Mr. Williams oversees Prolific Care Communities Global Inc.’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and organizational development, and payroll. Mr. Williams has served as President and a founding partner of G. & G. Management a New York-based entertainment management firm. Mr. Williams also served as non-executive Vice Chairman and as a member of the Board of Directors and launched various company brands successfully over the past fifteen years. Mr. Williams joins Prolific Care as V.P. of Talent Acquisition & Development and in his role, he understands the needs of our customers and has placed service excellence at the forefront in all training initiatives. Mr. Williams is ever evolving and creating and improving processes to enhance the customer experience whereby exceeding their expectations.
